Tax refunds: A basic tax refund is only $89 + GST. Be aware of companies charging you a percentage (some charge between 9 - 20%) as this is not how we charge in Australia. Ask for a flat fee or walk away! If you require additional services for document retrieval etc,we will advise you of the total fee before we proceed with processing.

Super Refunds: We can organise your super refund once you have left Australia permanently. We charge a fee of $99 + GST. This fee will cover the additional time needed for collection of documents and processing costs. Once again, we will advise you before we process anything.

Additional fees apply for services such as multiple payment summaries, replacement of payment summaries and international money transfers. Please check with our helpful customer service team as additional fees may apply for tax refunds from before 2005.
