• Paper application      – simply download the document and fill in then scan /                                          email, fax or post back to us.
• Over the phone          – contact us to complete over the phone.

Once you have applied, we will contact you to confirm your application and email you some documents to sign. Simply print and sign the documents and along with your payment summaries:

• Scan and email back to us,
• fax (we have a free fax number for you) or
• post to our head office.

Once we receive your documents and everything is in order we will lodge your return.
